ACOPS-LPG Caravan Course: This course is for engineers who are working out of scope in the Gas Industry on Touring Caravans , Motor Homes, Trailer Tents & Camper Vans that are not hired out or used in the course of a business. We will provide both training and assessment. The course includes – Practical and Theory of Gas Safety Regulations, Characteristics of LPG, Characteristics of complete and incomplete Combustion, Expansion, Flammability & Explosive Limits, Flueing & Ventilation Requirements, Supply & Operating Pressures, Pipe-work Installation & Sizing, Testing for Gas Tightness, Gas emergency Actions & Procedures, Positioning & Operation of Emergency Controls and Gas Controls, Inspection Checking & Testing of LPG Appliances.
ACOPS Food Processing Plant: Gas is also commonly used in bakeries and other food processing environments, breweries, laundries, metals processing, energy centres, chemical works, pharmaceutical and various other manufacturing plants across a wide range of industries. Large numbers of maintenance technicians, gas operatives and contractors working in factories may have no high quality training in the safe use of gas in industry. At M65 we have a training course currently available that is specifically designed for maintenance staff and technicians working with gas in industrial premises.
